This is an idea I've had for a simple roleplay, which I've been working on for a while and decided to just go ahead and start. It's a medieval high fantasy crossover initially of My Little Ponies: Friendship is Magic and The Legend of Zelda, but I ended up incorporating elements from other games and shows I felt fit the feel of the world, especially Final Fantasy and Soul Calibur. So there's magic and some extra technology to make things fun.
It's set in the Kingdom of Hyrule, which is based loosely on The Adventure of Link while incorporating towns from the other settings and real-world analogues. The focus is on the capital, and the political and personal drama as the once-united kingdom of Hyrule enters a period of turmoil, but forays into other areas are possible.
